Nami Tamaki is confirmed to appear at the new musical 「Vagrant」, scheduled for August and September!

This is the first original musical by Porno Graffitti guitarist Haruichi Shindō. The guitarist of one of Japan’s most popular rock bands, whose lyrics and music have been popular among all generations, has teamed up with director Kyoichi Itagaki to create a new original musical from scratch. A collaboration between the music and theater worlds has been realized!

The news has emerged in newspapers, morning news and web media, which describe Nami as follows:

Nami’s comment:

“I’m very honored to be able to participate in Vagrant. It’s the first original musical that Haruichi Shindō has worked on, which is like a dream come true for me since I grew up listening to Shindō’s music all my life, and I’m excited to see what will be like! I’m very excited to perform in a play written and directed by Kyoichi Itagaki, and I’m looking forward to working with the cast, many of whom I’ll be working with for the first time. I’ll do my best!”

“Vagrant” will be performed at the Meiji-za Theater in Tokyo in August 2023 and at the Shin-Kabuki-za Theater in Osaka in September 2023.
