How to Purchase a Ticket from Overseas ─ English Guideline

As you may know, to purchase a ticket to watch Nami Tamaki Stream Show CLOUD NINETEEN you must have a Yen credit card.

However, it is also possible to purchase your ticket by paying in cash through a conbini (Japanese convenience store) or through online banking from a Japan-based bank.

If you are currently in Japan or have a family member or friend living there, do not hesitate to count on their support to make the purchase through a conbini. If you are not Japanese and also live overseas, this option is the easiest and most convenient.

In any case, to purchase your ticket please follow the steps detailed in the guideline below:

IMPORTANT: If you are going to buy with a credit card, do not forget to register with the same name that appears on your credit card.

  • To register you need a Japanese phone number, as you need an SMS confirmation code to continue. The most convenient thing here is to have the help of a friend-family member living in Japan.

  • After accessing the link, go to the bottom of the page and click on the 申込む (subscribe) button. Then enter your email and password of your e-plus account.

  • You have three payment methods available:

– Credit card
[Saison, UC, VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, DC, American Express]

– Conbini / ATM
[FamilyMart, Seven-Eleven, Lawson Ministop, ATM]

– Online Banking

  • When the payment is processed, you will receive a viewing link to your email. You will access the show directly through that link and using your e-plus ID and password.

I understand that this can be a difficult procedure if you are not familiar with the Japanese language.
